For this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. 1 John 3:11 Our visitation group is in the process of reorganizing. The program will now include greeting between the Sunday school and the worship service. Traditionally, the group also sends a large number of encouraging cards and makes visits to nursing homes, hospitals, and homes. In this way, people who are shut-in or recuperating from illnesses or surgeries receive regular visits from caring friends. The group also contacts those who are new to our area, those who have expressed an interest in Pulaski Street, members who may be undergoing difficulties causing them to miss services, and those who need encouragement. If you are not a member of the team but would like to be, you can get more information from Doug Burns or Mark Miller. We want to maintain connections with all of our members, friends, and potential members. If you know of someone who would like to be visited, please contact us: E-mail Mark. E-mail Doug. E-mail the office or call us at 762.5161. YOUR IDEAS NEEDED: If you have ideas about improvements to this program, they may be submitted to Doug Burns, in person or at doogievu@gmail.com, OR sent to the church office.
